  Most folk in West Yorkshire know Farmer Copley's, an establishment that has grown in popularity and size in recent years. Children love looking at the animals, ranging from the somewhat unfortunate turkeys at Christmas to ducks, spring lambs and cows. Wellies needed if wet! The farm shop stocks products produced at the farm, including meats and pies, plus sweet treats - and also offers a hamper service. The farms new jewel in the crown is The Moo Cafe, a large, comfortable restaurant serving homemade breakfasts and lunches, cakes and drinks at moderate prices. It isn't cheap to eat there, but nor is it outrageously expensive. My only moan is that you are required to place your order at the counter, which does detract from the experience for me; it's more of a table service-type environment. At night, The Beast opens its door upstairs (lift access) for a night out. I haven't tried this, so cannot comment on it. If you haven't yet visited Copley's, pile the kids (and grandma) into the car and have a lovely day out!

  Super place. I visited for an informal meeting and it was lovely. We only ordered coffee/ teas but the staff were very attentive. They couldn't do enough for us actually. The food smelled delicious....i wasn't quite dribbling but I was certainly wanting to taste what they had. If you are passing and have a spare hour....try it. There's things for your little darlings so watch out for those....summer is wonderful!!! Enjoy!
